Managing General Partner
Lloyd brings over 34 years worth of finance and business management experience to the team. His understanding of automotive business integration and development has played a vital role in both the development of the Dealer Chargeback Recovery Software and the dealer development for the company.
Since the inception of Dealer Chargeback Recovery Lloyd has added the Expense Edge system to the software suite. This addition allows dealers to potentially increase annual profits by an estimated $350,000 to $500,000 annually based on average NADA annual sales reports.
Lloyd's Business Management includes: Automotive Management, Retail Automotive, Internet Automotive, and B2B & B2C Software. Lloyd resides in California, He is 57 years of age, married to his wife Sarah and is a father to his two children Daniel and Jennifer. He has four grandchildren and has been active in both church and community for 25 years.
Software Design and Development.
Jeff studied at Business and Statistics at UFV before beginning his career as a data consultant to help evaluate various government health care programs. Between 1999 and 2009 he continued working in the Alberta Senior’s Living sector on many successful projects including one where he received recognition from Premiere Ralph Klein and was awarded a Premier’s Award of Excellence.
Jeff would later become a primary consultant on a provincial team developing a health data repository before starting an electronic health records software company that grew to be used by over 2,5000 health care professionals in their care of over 12,000 seniors nationally.
In 2019 Jeff turned over operations of the software company and now focuses on helping United Dealer Solutions with the design and development of Dealer Chargeback Recovery.
Sally is the Operations Manager at United Dealer Solutions. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations while managing various departments ensuring a smooth transition for our Dealer Partners. Sally has reinvented the Company’s approach to the Real-Time Chargeback process which provides seamless communication.
Sally brings over 30 years worth of business management experience to the company. This vast experience has allowed her to implement strategic changes which have made the company and our processes more efficient.
Sally's true passion is working with the dealerships and providing training and on going support. Her management style excels at boosting confidence and helping others to achieve their goals. Sally has four children, six grandchildren, and is active in both church and community.
Mark has successfully helped hundreds of companies improve their sales and reduce costs as a front line sales executive since 1986. After spending 18 years serving the world's leading consumer goods brands as a packaging and merchandising expert, Mark joined a boutique consulting firm to teach mid-sized companies to improve their sales processes by focusing on the buyer’s journey.
Working with a passion to increase sales, reduce costs and improve profitability and a deep understanding of the best practices that successful independent business owners use to run their companies, Mark turned his attention to the retail automotive market to help dealers focus on a rapid recovery coming out of this pandemic.
Mark served as a Combat Infantry Officer in the Marine Corps and lives in Minnesota with his wife of 33 years, and they have two daughters. He is been a professional ski instructor for 20 years and is an expert craftsman in making furniture.
