HISTORICAL PROCESSING

Dealer Chargeback Historical Processing is simply the process of collecting on past chargeback errors where the lender canceled and informed the dealership of the cancellation, or the dealership was instructed to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information or dates. UDS performs a Historical review of past chargebacks from the past to make sure that the same errors that occurred in Real-Time processing are showing historically. After this UDS will instruct its clients legal remedies which UDS believes would be beneficial to the client. UDS does participate in the recovery of any monies derived by the client from any settlement as outlined in the subscription agreement.
